Memorandum of Understanding

ArhamSoft (Pvt) Ltd., Lahore, Pakistan, proudly announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Good Create Co. Ltd., marking a major step forward in strengthening technology collaboration between Japan and Pakistan.

The signing ceremony took place at ArhamSoft’s headquarters in Lahore and was attended by distinguished guests and senior leadership from both countries. The visiting delegation included Dr. Muhammad Rashid Hussain, Director of IT at Good Create Co. Ltd.; Yamamoto Masahiro, President of Good Create Co.; Nakanishi Kazuhiro, Chairman of the Nakanishi Group of Companies; and Akamatsu Shuichi, Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan. Their presence highlighted the importance of this partnership in promoting cooperation and long-term engagement between the two nations.

The event began with a formal welcome session, followed by company presentations outlining each organization’s expertise, ongoing projects, and vision for future expansion. Senior representatives from ArhamSoft, including Mr. Adil Irfan, CEO, Mr. Arham Irfan, COO, Mr. Mahmood Sultan, CIO, and Mr. Danish Hameed, CTO, participated in strategic discussions focused on digital transformation, talent exchange, enterprise solutions, and cross-border technology initiatives.

During the signing ceremony, Dr. Muhammad Rashid Hussain and Mr. Chaudary Asif emphasized the value of collaboration between Japanese innovation and Pakistani technical expertise, noting that the partnership opens doors for joint projects, shared research, and business expansion in emerging technology sectors. Leaders from ArhamSoft expressed confidence that the agreement will create meaningful opportunities for businesses in both countries while strengthening economic and technological cooperation.
